This was my first time working with Hypower Security and I won’t be using any other security contractors!The whole team was very friendly and were able to make the whole the whole process of the job extremely easy, from the quoting, to the communication from the team in the office and the knowledgeable and skilled workers in Josh, Kyle and Daniel who were punctual and great at explaining the Bosch security system they installed at one of my jobs.Thanks again for the help! 👌

They have been prompt and Professional from the start.Val was prompt with replying to my enquiry and took time to guide me through the process and recommend the optimal camera setup for our requirements. Briana followed up to confirm technician appointment times.The technicians Kyle, Josh & Daniel were punctual and worked with high craftsmanship. The job was carried out quickly and they worked well together as a team. Spoke with a few security companies hands down these guys where the most processional and knowledgeable.Their customer service was 2nd to none. I spoke to several other companies including Jim's security and ADT and knowledge and customer service stood out.Val in the office spend over an hour on the phone answering any questions I had even after the install.

I recently purchased a 4 camera system from Hypower Security. The guys from Hypower were great to deal with. James was really helpful and answered all my questions with patience and care. The installers were right on time, neat and efficient. They got the job done promptly and neatly. They set up the system for me, tested it and properly took the time to show me how to use it and answer all my questions. Overall great company to deal with. I'm really satisfied with the product and their customer service. Would highly recommend.

I'm truly impressed as they did an excellent and amazing job in installing my cctvs and alarm system in my fresh first home here in Melbourne. It feels a lot safe and secured now with these quality cctv's and alarms in my new home! Advised where to put the best spots for cameras and motion alarms as well as trip wires are amazing! James was very accommodating and helpful even allowed me to pay in terms. Kyle and Josh worked professionally during the installation, plus, handsome and skilled electricians, too!
